Shipping and payment information

  • Orders are packed by our team within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Delivery times of the courier are typically 1-2 days within the North Island and 3-4 days in the South Island.
  • Please advise us of any special delivery instructions otherwise orders are shipped between Monday-Friday.
  • Saturday delivery is available but comes with an cost additional. Please message us if this delivery method is required.
  • Any orders that need to be re-delivered due to an inaccessible property or change of address mid transit will incur a re delivery fee of $7 at the cost of the customer.
  • Our shipping prices cost slightly more than a normal parcels as most of our items are Dangerous Goods.
  • We are an online store but pick ups are available in Auckland on meeting minimum order quantities. Please message us on our live chat, Instagram, Messenger, or email to arrange a time and location for collection.
  • Payment options include Credit Card, AfterPay, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer or Cash (on pickup).
